Dušan is a co-owner of Innone and an entrepreneur who builds on fairness, trust, and sustainable long-term growth. For him, Innone is a place where he and the team can bring innovative ideas to life and help companies improve their performance and internal operations through digital systems. Alongside Innone, he has spent almost 20 years building Galileo, a company focused on digitalization in the public sector. With his team, he helps municipalities, cities, schools, and other organizations simplify and automate everyday administration through websites, electronic notice boards, and citizen communication tools. Today, Galileo has more than 80 people, continues to grow steadily, and its solutions are used by a significant number of municipalities across the Czech Republic. Dušan’s goal is to create a better future for clients and for the people in the teams he works with. He believes in a positive attitude, an open mind, and a realistic view of business, technology, and human collaboration.
