One CRM solution for 11 countries on Dynamics 365 Sales

Alma Career needed to replace different local systems with one core cloud CRM. The goal was to unify sales management across eleven countries, improve data quality, and provide comparable reporting for management and regional teams.

Alma Career needed to replace various local CRM systems with one shared cloud solution. The goal was to unify sales processes across eleven countries, improve data quality, and give management and regional teams reliable reporting that could be compared across markets.

Proč Innone

Innone first took over and stabilized the original CRM solution in the Czech Republic after the previous vendor. We ensured its reliable day-to-day operation and showed that we could work with the client’s complex environment responsibly over the long term.

This experience created the trust needed to design and deliver a new CRM solution for other Alma Career markets. Our more than 15 years of CRM experience, Dynamics 365 expertise, ability to design a stable architecture for international operations, and experience integrating CRM with the client’s internal systems all played an important role.

Innone took responsibility for the architecture, integrations, licensing recommendations, and change management. We guided the project step by step so the result was not just a new system, but a long-term sustainable solution for sales teams across multiple countries.

Řešení

The first deployment took place in Croatia as an MVP within three months. It included integration with the existing system ecosystem and data migration so the sales team could start working fully in the new solution from day one.

Based on this foundation, we created a modular CRM solution built on a shared core. Individual countries can work with their local processes and requirements without disrupting the common architecture of the entire solution.

After the successful launch in Croatia, deployments followed in North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Additional countries are being prepared using the same proven approach.

The solution also includes automated tests that help reduce the risk of errors, protect system stability, and enable faster rollout of future changes. User training in each country was also an important part of the project and supported the adoption of the new solution in everyday work.

Dopad na byznys

Management gained a unified data platform for more accurate and comparable reporting across regions. Sales and marketing teams work in one environment, share common rules, and have a central overview of opportunities, quotes, and orders.

With unified data, Alma Career can better manage sales performance, support clients through international teams, and prepare for further development. Higher-quality data also creates a foundation for future use of AI, for example in predictions, recommendations, and sales activity automation.

Přínosy pro tým

Teams in individual countries now have a unified environment tailored to their local needs while still relying on a shared and stable foundation. Thanks to the proven deployment model, the solution can be expanded to additional countries faster and with lower risk.

The result is a cloud CRM core that supports the day-to-day work of sales teams, unifies data, and is ready for new features, integrations, and the client’s continued growth.
