Martina has more than five years of hands-on experience delivering CRM solutions and has specialized in project management in recent years. At Innone, she leads projects from initial requirements through implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery from both a business and delivery perspective. She manages projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies, coordinates cross-functional teams, mitigates project risks, and keeps stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Her focus is on CRM implementations as well as the continuous development of existing solutions, helping clients improve business processes while ensuring long-term platform stability and user adoption.
