Martin is a Software Engineer at Innone with around five years of software development experience, including more than three years with the company. He works on both solution development and business analysis, primarily focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Občan+ platform, where he combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of business requirements. His work includes developing new features, integrating third-party systems, and managing cloud applications in Microsoft Azure. He is also responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and regularly conducts code reviews to help ensure the quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability of our solutions. Martin contributes to both CRM implementation projects and the ongoing development of Občan+, helping expand platform capabilities and strengthen integrations across systems. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects for organizations including Alma Career and DER Touristik.
